Shopping List:
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¾ cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 ½ cups Nature’s Hand granola
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
What to do:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Blend together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Blend in vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt; stir until combined. Stir in oat, granola and chocolate pieces.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are brown and center is soft. Let cool a few minutes on pan. Remove from pan; cool completely. (About 48 cookies).
